Petroff Constructions offers a full turn key process for all of your cold storage facilities, food processing factories, and customised architectural building. Our service provides complete liaison with Architects, Engineers, Building designers and Council to ensure your building process is streamlined and effortless. In the last few years I have recognised a desperate need in today’s construction industry for more specialised attention to detail and greater quality workmanship. A quality that was once standard for my father’s generation. I have had the honor of being trained the right way by my father Mike Petroff, and do not believe in lowering my standard of quality, no matter the cost. Time and time again I have been called upon to rectify poor quality constructions, costing clients thousands. Problems that so easily could have been prevented had it been built right the first time! My belief is simple: measure twice, cut once, and always build with perfection.

ABOUT KARL  |  DIRECTOR

Karl is a fully qualified third generation builder, with a Certificate III in Carpentry and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. He holds a Builders Low Rise licence, and has had his established building company since the year 2003. Starting from humble beginnings, he was awarded carpentry apprentice of the year three years running, and completed his training being awarded with Master Builder’s Apprentice of the year for South East Queensland.  He is now following in his Father Mike Petroff’s footsteps, continuing to revolutionise the Cold Storage and Construction industry with superior design and quality contemporary buildings. Karl is often called upon by peers in the industry as he possesses the ability to strategically manage many complex construction challenges. His honest, and open communication skills ensures clients are at ease, and never left questioning any building process or associated costs. Karl is experienced in both residential and commercial building, and has a passion for the art of quality construction. He considers every project a masterpiece in its own right and takes incredible care to ensure all are built with perfection.
